Very sad. Great idea but does not work no matter how hard I tried.

I have tried many times to get this to work and it just does not. Staff at the stores try all sorts of tricks, nobody knows why it won’t connect. I try putting my phone down on top, or pressing, or floating, even putting the little square thing onto my phone to see if that would help. The last place i went to, the staff dismantled the little box since that worked for someone else. Just error messages.
Awesome customer service who really did try to help me get it to work on my phone via multiple emails, and they even created a loop for me based on stores I frequent.
But customer service doesn’t matter if the app doesn’t work. I am deleting the app.

Simple retail loyalty
Simple retail loyalty that just works for downtown stores. The simplicity and the ease-of-use of this application is really great. I hope that they expand beyond downtown Olympia into other locations.
IPhone 6s not Supported
I tried scanning my phone (spark) and it wouldn’t work. They advised me to test my phone on it facedown for some period of time and it still didn’t work. They advised they have a hard time getting their iPhine 6s to work too. I shopped at 3 places with Spark on Sunday and couldn’t get credit for any of them.
