On average it takes me 15 minutes to buy a ticket. At various stages the app prompts logins for this app, UofO, and Ticketmaster. Buying and transferring tickets is a nightmare. I have honestly cancelled plans to go to a game because of how frustrating this app is..

from a student perspective this whole app and system is confusing and weird-they need to do an overhaul and simplify. hate it

Terrible App
Slow clunky app. Interface with Ticketmaster is awful and not supported by Ticketmaster and the Ducks phone number isn’t manned. I never could access my tickets. I had to have a friend access for the game.

This app is garbage. If it wasn’t required for duck tickets, I would never use it. I keep it updated and it constantly has bugs or logs out. Feels like a division 3 app, not a power 5 app.
10-2-24 app not working
Downloaded most recent iOS, deleted prior version of app, reloaded Sept ‘24 app, get error message api error, app does not show prior ticket purchases
