App seems good, dying to order from one of the restaurants but the app won’t let me register for an account, just stays on the loading page! Tried to register online instead but there’s no option for it. Nice idea but doesn’t seem to be a reality

Can’t create an account and it doesn’t even tell me why… I can’t order online through their website either. I don’t understand why restaurants list with them since nobody can actually place an order.

Rubbish app. Wish JustEat or Deliveroo could fix this. @KevinBarton, learn to develop an app that allows new users to register !!!

Ordered breakfast on here before and had baked beans with it which cost over a pound and when the food arrived the beans were still in the tin uncooked and still had the 40p label on it from the local shop 😂

The most annoying and slow useless app ever created it won’t accept the post code and won’t let you register either! Absolute junk
terrible app
tried to register for hours but would just continuously load and not allow me to make an account. what a waste of time as was excited about a few of the restaurants on there.
Rarely any delivery drivers
Often can’t get deliveries at all. Sometimes had to have orders cancelled after a long wait. Recommend Uber eats or deliveroo instead

Why does it constantly tell me I’ve put in an invalid address when I know I haven’t!?

Awful app, doesn’t work. Not even able to select a delivery address
Driver wouldn’t accept our order
Store accepted our order straight away but called after we had been waiting an hour for our delivery. They told us the driver wouldn’t accept our order but had accepted and collected another order since we placed ours. Guess we’re meant to just sit waiting all day for our order to be delivered while drivers pick and choose where they want to go.

Not good service
This is the second week running where I have ordered food, from 2 different restaurants, and asked for the food to be delivered at a set delivery time and it hasn’t been. The first last week was 2 hours late and this week it’s already half hour late and still not even been picked up. I emailed a complaint after last weeks delay and never heard anything either.
The app shouldn’t give you the option to set a delivery time if it can’t fulfil this request.
Once this order has been received I shall be deleting the App.

The delivery drivers are always late which ruins the food.
The delivery drivers are always late!! What is the point of booking a specific time if they won’t stick to it- it makes the restaurants look bad because they take so long to deliver they ruin the food. Currently waiting for my order and it’s 20 minutes late so far.
They have one job…
And they just can’t do it right. Avoid ordering with GoEats. They are terribly unreliable and the customer service is pathetic.

We really wanted to give GoEats a chance, but it’s disappointed us on so many occasions.
The first time we ordered, we had to pick up the food myself, as there was no sign of delivery after 30 minutes past the indicated time.
Two or three times the delivery was just about okay, unclear when it would arrive or what stage of the process we were in, but it arrived in the end.
Today was the final nail in the coffin. We preordered for delivery at 645 PM. By seven, tried to get in touch with goeats or the restaurant. 715, still nothing. I got on my bike and cycled to the restaurant - and found it was actually closed! Why would the app let me order from a restaurant and tell me my food would arrive by a certain time?
Couldn’t make this kind of stuff up.

Couldn’t even get started
I couldn’t even get started by putting my address in. It wouldn’t accept my postcode and kept saying “enter valid address”, but there was no way of entering an address. Disappointing.
Lousy
Near impossible to enter an address. Can’t pay by PayPal or wallet. Can only add a card manually and then a red warning message of crap appears. Same thing online. Pathetic!
