Failed Login for No Reason
I am denied access through the app more often than I can actually log in successfully. It is not a matter of incorrect username or password as they work fine on any browser. The app does not appear to use FaceID consistently either. The app has limited functionality, but it is sufficient for most needs when I can actually access it.

The App Doesn’t Work

This app is no where as maneuverable as the old app. Just try to schedule a monthly bill pay!
Needs to be more user friendly
Seems to lock me and my son out even when we answer security questions properly.
Could be better
It’s good for the most part, but it locks me out too much for nothing more than system updates. I should still be able to see my account, even if I can’t change anything in it until the system is done.
Doesn't work
The latest version of the app simply doesn't work. It will not allow me to login...I get a message every time saying a system error has occurred. The previous version worked very well for me. Please fix the problem so the app is usable again
