Go For Gold is an Individual Physical Proficiency Test (IPPT) app that helps you to calculate your score and stay motivated to train for IPPT! CALCULATE Calculate your IPPT score based on the number of push, sit-ups and your 2.4KM run timing. Scores adjust based on your age group. TRACK YOUR PROGRESS The in-built timer helps you to do your push-ups & sit-ups on the spot and record them. The best count will be displayed and in addition, you can also set your target for yourself to beat. ACHIEVEMENTS Continuously do push-ups in order to earn yourself a streak or meet the greatest number of sit-ups to earn yourself a milestone achievement! Finally achieved your 2.4KM run target? Get rewarded with a burst target achievement. REMINDERS The application ensures that you remember to keep on training by giving you daily reminders which you can customise the timings to suit your needs.
