When opening the app I got jump scared by the sound. Also I don’t find any value from using this app

It’s so annoying please remove the sound on opening the app. It’s weird!!!!
Can’t sign in after update
When i first downloaded the app everything was working fine, i logged in and start using the program. Now with the latest update for some reason it logged me out and i can’t log back in. i tried registering again and then sign in, but nothing work it says something went wrong. please fix the app
Can’t Connect
I can’t connect i type my card info + my birth date but it freezes and says something went wrong .
Start-up Sound Jingle
I don't know who "thought" that adding a Start-up Sound Jingle when the application opens is a good idea.

No language option
An app only for greek people. It doesn’t have the option to change language

The rewards are not even real
They post different reward campaigns through the app but the bonus points are not rewarded. I called the bank to complain and they told me you have to wait but the reward points were never sent.

Cannot connect
My card is on them go4more program but I cannot connect in the app. Asks for card number and birth date and the it freezes. I have tried it again again and even deleted the app and re install it but no hope!!

Worst app ever
Once the app disconnects from your account you just can’t connect again ! Even manually of course the card scanner doesn’t work it’s really a cr@p
The app has stopped working
For almost a month the app has stopped working. It shows a previous points balance. I logged out and now it just says that something has gone wrong and does not accept the card details.

I don't have english version in my mobile. The language is greek.
