Login issue

I had signed up with my Barclays company’s email id and it didnt give me any options to setup password. I was getting some issues on the app so I deleted and reinstalled the app but now its not letting me sign in when I enter my company’s email id that is owaisahmad.sheikh@barclays.

I am unable to receive external emails on Barclays email ID which means I am stuck and unable to login to this programme.

Response from developer

Hi Owaisahmad, very sorry to hear that you're having difficulty logging in. Our customer team will reach out to you directly and help you resolve this. We want to help you jump back into logging your sustainable journey!

A nice concept…

Would be better if it worked.

Doesn’t work

Also agree with the other review, I have spent copious amounts of time trying to upload evidence of what I’ve grown or doing things to help the planet but either come up with an error message or the app just flicks back to the main page. It’s so difficult to use and complaints either go unanswered or the complaints page just doesn’t work

Oh dear.

Embarrassingly terrible UI/UX.

Bad wrapper around a badly designed website.
I expected this to be something knocked up in someone’s shed last week but apparently the latest version is already 3 years old.

The _point_ of the app is great, but hard to see past the awfulness of it.
