This is the most friendly and easy understanding app ever, everything is straight on point.
Convenient but needs work
This is a very convenient app. It works good. Usually the biggest problem I found was that when I do a search for job, I have to open EVERY job in order to see what department since even though I qualify for one I may not like it. The dept should be on the front first offer you see. Also when I need an update it tells me to update. I select it and it goes to the App Store but only choice is open. No update like other apps.

Bring back weekly calendar to book!
Why did the app just get rid of the calendar for the week when scheduling. Now I have to scroll through all of the shifts for the week and hope I don’t click on the wrong date to pick up. It was clear before when I had to select the date to see if a shift was open and then it would have only those date and shifts to be able to scroll through for that date. Now it shows everything from today and however long you want it to load. And then it can get confusing if you want to see shifts for the week after too! Please bring back the calendar when looking to book! This version is giving me stress!

Can’t get past the zip code screen
App doesn’t let me past the state/zip code screen. This is the only way to book per diem jobs and I can’t do so even though I’m a HealthTrust employee.
Freezes
App freezes constantly, worthless in current state

The app has improved but it constantly freezes. Then you have to exit the app and open it again to get it going. You have to do this endlessly!
It would also be nice to have a cart where you can put in your potential shifts and then decide which ones you want and then check out. Or at least something to that effect.

Freezes
It freezes and crashes almost every time I use it. Terrible. Big company, lots of money, you should be able to run a simple app. Lots of room for improvement

The App has a silent and brief( if you happen to see it ) new shifts notification system .
Somehow improved from NO notification system but still pretty ineficient and frustrating due to the lack of auditory or visual ques.
I had a Zoom with your team way over 6 months ago addressing this issue.
I really appreciate any updates on it .

The app doesn’t work more often than it does. You would think they would have a quality app for such a big company.

App is suddenly stopped working , log in button not clicking. Already tried several times to delete and download again, no result.

App glitch
All of a sudden my app isn’t working properly. I’ve put in find jobs near me in San Antonio within 40 miles, I keep getting jobs in Florida Houston El Paso. Only job in San Antonio is in June, also night shift shows hours of 5pm- 3am. I’m having to set up shifts through staffing. Before this happened there’s shifts posted everyday.

The app is not working. This app is not good for business.
Needs Improvement
Just 3 minutes ago I got an alert of per diem shift and when I logged in there was nothing. This new job alert notification is not helpful at all. I prefer the old version where you are able to see all shifts available. Now since this new job alert option I have not seen any shifts for months. This is useless. It makes it seem like there are no jobs.

Go HWS Mobile has recently added a new feature that allows you to set a Job Alert Notification for your desired area/facility/location you would like to work. The Alert will stay on and continue to Notify you until you delete it or date in the Alert has past if you set that as a criteria. You can book a shift straight from the notification.
