Sounds okay regardless of setting

I really enjoy this game. The ONLY issue is that turning the sound off in Settings has no effect. It is impossible to turn the sound off in the game. Hopefully that can be fixed soon. It is unfortunately a very annoying “feature”.

Can’t get the Gifts

Fun game but I also cannot get the Gifts! I see other player reviews with the same problem. I have to close the app and reopen to be able to continue use playing! Please fix!

Cannot press Gift!

I LOVE ALL of Rolic games! But for some reason I am pass level 312 and NOT ONE TIME have I been able to receive the gift box that appears after a player completes so many levels!! I have pressed it MANY, MANY times and NOTHING happens! But of course the button underneath works GREAT, that says LOSE IT!! I have to press that button to continue on with the game! PLEASE can I get someone to fix this or am I doing something wrong!? Which I seriously doubt! PLEASE HELP ME WITH THIS ISSUE-bc I am losing MANY GIFTS!!!!
Other than that, I LOVE all of your games! Including Tangle Master!! Please Fix!!!🙏🏼🤦🏼‍♀️
