App does not work
It connects to lights but constantly have to uninstall and reinstall for it to work.
Keeps crashing
Used to use it all the time, but now app won’t even load, just opend and crashes immediately. Pls fix!!!
Great except one major issue
I got the TV led lights Tzumi brand, but the app that it said to use on the box did not work at all. I was about to give up, but when I looked at the actual led strip, it said to go to this app. I was so happy because it worked perfectly, or so I thought. Immediately when i turned off my phone, the color of the lights turned red. I tried many different things such as turning them off from the app before closing it, or deleting the tab that the app took up, but none of it worked. I will not ruin the app’s rating because everything else works perfectly fine and I know it’s just a bug, but hopefully this review helps to show the developer that this needs to be fixed.

literally horrible
i can’t even open the app without it like closing before i even get to open it like i tap on it and it closes
App doesn’t even work
I don’t see the point of this app. it worked ok at first, however it doesn’t stay on the color I chose and now I can’t even open the app. Every time I try to open it, it immediately crashes. And the remote they come with barley worked. You would have to find just the right angle for it to work.
App is useless
Just bought these. Downloaded the app because the remote doesn’t work even with a new battery. Go to open the app it shows the brand name then kicks me out. The last update was a YEAR AGO! If I had known all of this plus what others are writing in the reviews I would have never bought these. Cheap and useless. They don’t work without the app but the app doesn’t even work either. These should have never been sold.

Probably the only LED app in history, that doesn’t stay on the color you choose, if/when you exit the app. I bought these lights because they are 5 volt, and I was easily able to use them on an RC car. But what’s the point of the app (being app controlled is why I bought these particular lights) and having multicolored led’s if it just reverts to red? If I wanted red, I would’ve just bought red.. I also noticed that 75% or more reviews are saying the exact same thing. This is an easy fix… why hasn’t it been addressed yet?

Doesn’t stay connected to the lights wicked bad quality
Lots of issues
First thing I noticed is that when you turn off the tv the lights just flag in random colors. You can also set it to a certain color but when you close out the app the color will change. The app itself doesn’t help at all because it just keeps kicking you out every time you try to open it.
Can’t open
I got these LED’s for Christmas and I just downloaded the app and it will not open. I’ve re downloaded it, I have my Bluetooth and Wifi on, it just won’t open. And the controller will barley change them

Works Fine Until…
The app works fairly good and can change whatever you like with the color, but when you turn your phone off or close the app while having whatever color on it it automatically change to red no matter what.
Garbage
Every time you turn off the TV and back on it goes back to flashing. Every time you change the color in the app and close it, it goes back to red. Horrible product. How did this even make it to the shelf?

Seems cool but everytime I close the app on my phone it changes back to red. This is a bummer who wants to leave their phone on the whole time they watch tv?

It’s alright
There are definitely better LED strips and apps out there. This is a solid, reliable choice when it comes to LED strips however, even if the pamphlet tells me I can sync it to my alarm through my non-existent settings. The music choice is limited to just Apple Music, which I do not enjoy to say the least. I wish it would work with SoundCloud so I can listen to all the “music” I have saved or YouTube so I can listen to all the music I want. The app is straight garbage but the strips themselves are pretty good. 7/10 strips 4/10 app
