This is a Risky Lender
I had a MO who had a lot of knowledge. He often talked a lot (too much), wasn’t on top of things the week of closing, and didn’t take always accountability for the shortcomings on his team. They also sent a crucial email intended for my wife to the wrong person, exposing our personal information provided on our contract to other people. I have a lot of grace for people who can own their mistakes or shortcomings. But this guy blamed others, like title, or me for being upset at his team’s shortcomings. He argued with my agent a few times.
On closing day, his team dodged my calls while they were late. They didn’t verify the wiring procedure ahead if time. Their funds came 4h late, so we had the risk of not being able to close until the following week (it was a Friday). I feel lucky we weren’t massively inconvenienced by their mistakes.

Not working
Try to submit paperwork but it’s never work. Plus, when you try to open a file it took forever to loading

Tried multiple times to submit an application. Every time I click that option, the app just gives me a blank screen. This app does not work.
