As some conservation officers have been giving people a hard time about Special Use Permits in VA WMAs, so no need for this app or renewing my access pass. I’ll no longer be visiting VA WMAs.

Not great layout
The layout is confusing and hard to navigate to where you wanna go. The map functions are slow or don’t work at all. They need a little rework

It just sends me to my email and does not update none of my lic are even showing up on the app I will just have to keep my receipt to show game wardens I have had nothing but problems with the app will never purchase from DWR again will go back to bass pro shop and buy my license has to call 6!times and they had to add another account under need to go back to the old way

The interface is a mess
The layout is confusing. I was under the impression I was buying a card for my fishing license. I made the purchase, waited a couple weeks, then emailed them and they said I never bought a card, but a digital copy. It’s because of the menu on the app. It was not clear enough on the details. I don’t even remember seeing so much as a check box that said “card” to indicate that I wanted a card.

Good app
I’ve had this app for almost a year now I love it a lot it very easy to find everything so you don’t have to go searching around just to find your license or places to hunt at only thing I suggest if there were more cards like ones with waterflow or bears on them❤️
Va DWR
App is a nightmare to use anymore. Used to be handy and good, but with all the changes to the app, it’s now a joke.
From bad to worst
Don’t think the app could get any worst but it did. The lazy developers now send you to a pdf for the regulation’s. Hard to download in the field and you have to page through dozens of pages to find what you are looking for. Very disappointed in the direction this app has gone
No longer usable
Want to check a regulation? Download a PDF. Need to double check another regulation? Download the same PDF again. No hyperlink navigation whatsoever anymore. Very clumsy and clunky now. It feels like it was developed for a rotary dial telephone.
Easy to use and feature request
The app has a great interface and is easy to use and even with 1 bar of cellular data is still very usable. But it would be nice if it had a feature where the enotch could save the report to the hard drive and once their was cellular data it could upload to the cloud and delete the report from hard drive.

Won’t allow me to add my license
I try to digitally add my license but when I click on the add another license button it just freezes. If I wait long enough the app crashes and restarts.
Doesn’t deliver
App doesn’t deliver much if the promised functionality. Try to add another license? Forget it! You go into a black hole and it locks up. Turn if off if it doesn’t work!
Stop making me login a million times
Please save login info. If I click one thing wrong on the app or accidentally click home, I’m logging in again.

Useless
Logging in doesn’t mean anything and app freezes if you try to add a license, buying a license just opens another window and make you “log in” again instead of just running through the app. All around a broken and completely useless app that doesn’t seem to get any update support so it’s probably just gunna stay in bugged limbo.

View licenses offline?
I swear I used to be able to view my licenses offline. I just tried it, and can’t!
I am mostly out in the land of no cell signal, and have been counting on being able to show my licenses when necessary. Help!

Doesn’t open
App won’t even open with the new update. Previously it was a great and convenient app for renewing licenses and tagging animals harvested.
Would recommend
Makes hunting and fishing less stressful just knowing everything you need is a click away.

Stopped working...
Won’t work. App just pulls up then immediately shut off back to my home screen. Had used it with no problem until last update.
Boat registration section is nearly worthless
The app gave an option to use fingerprint login but never gives a chance to actually use it. As a result, I have to do a full login (with DOB, Last name & Last 4 of SSN) every time I want to access my boat registration data. I really don’t understand why I need to login twice to the same app - once for licensing and again to get boat info.
If you can eliminate the dual login and a boat is registered to the identified “primary user,” the registration data should show up on the same page as the fishing license information.
