This app does not work. Dont waste your time. Asks for zone but can not find the zone you type in. I will delete this off my phone.

Constantly crashes
80% of the time I get a system error message. I have deleted the app several times and re-downloaded it. Still works very inconsistently. It’s a basic parking app…get your S**t together

Completely Useless App
Twice this app has broken after starting a new session—two months apart and they haven’t fixed the problem. It would be incredibly convenient if it actually worked. Fix your bugs.

Was great when it worked but lately it doesn't work... 80% of the time it returns a network error. sad.

Can’t add Payment
Unfortunately, the app is currently broken. No credit card entered will work. These kiosks are all over Park City, how is this basic functionality broken in the app??
Overcharges no feature to contest a charge.
ParkCity offers a promo to receive free parking for trying this app. Problem is they charge you anyway. This app basically double charged and offers no means to contest ANY charges. Watch your credit card charges very carefully! Second I get my money back I’m blocking my card from this company and deleting the app. They think you won’t notice or bother to contest small charges, it’s stealing, misleading and is nickel and dining you.

Tap/gps location options
I would love apps like this to provide a tap/gps location option to eliminate steps with new machines/locations.

App says update required but cannot get update to load from app store.
BS variable pricing
1st hour is one price then it goes up. Total crap. Now I pay way more to park in Park City.
