App needs to be updated. Can not upload pictures from photo library . App is really slow
App needs improvements
Good app to report issues however I would really like it if the option to add photos/ video after a issue has been opened and allow us to upload more then 1 photo when creating the original issue report. This would help provide better detail and help the city correct these issue more efficiently and more quickly.

Updated App
App is now up and running and Code Enforcement is responsive now to street maintenance, homeless encampments, graffiti. Recommend anybody that lives in San Bernardino to use this application.
Do Not Even Bother!
This app is an absolute joke! I have reported the same couple of issues through this application and no one does ANYTHING! In fact, they flat out ignore it and have resorted to closing the ticket without even lifting a finger. Do not waste your time because the city sure will not waste their time responding.

Everyone is San Bernardino should get this! They help clean up all the graffiti in a timely matter. Let’s help clean up this town.
This app has helped me and many neighbors to report
I enjoy this app but I have a problem with the upgrade. It doesn’t let me share picture or video of the issue I’m trying to report. The last app was better in downloading pictures

Just bought a home in San Bernardino. I am excited for change in this city and I am starting to see it little by little! Great seeing the mayor build new Business’s like Starbucks ect.
Great issue-requesting app, but lacks a few features
This is a great app to report problems and bad stuff in the city and I use it quite a lot. However, after switching to this latest version from the old version, I noticed a few important features that are missing. First, when selecting your location the map, it gives you a standard map only with no satellite view option for more precise locations. Secondly, with this new app system, it requires you to make an account (which I have no problem with), but every time I submit a request, it spams my email with ticket numbers. To solve this, there should be email notification settings in the app that allows you to turn off these rather-unnecessary emails. Other than that, the app works amazingly well! I hope these features will be considered!
