I've used Black Swan Taxi three times now and each experience has been excellent. Easy to book, good communication when changing a booking. Cars are always on time and driver is polite and helpful. Great service.
Rubbish
Taxi driver was never found. Had to drag a family member out of bed to get us to our 6am train. Diabolical
