أرفع لكم هذه الشكوى بعد استنفاد جميع وسائل التواصل مع خدمة العملاء دون أي حل جذري، وذلك بسبب التدهور المستمر والمتكرر في سرعة الإنترنت، والانقطاعات المتكررة التي أصبحت عائقًا حقيقيًا أمام عملي والتزاماتي اليومية.
من غير المقبول أن ألتزم بسداد كامل الفواتير في مواعيدها، بينما لا تلتزم الشركة بتقديم الحد الأدنى من جودة الخدمة المتفق عليها. لقد قمت بتقديم عدة بلاغات وشكاوى سابقًا، وتم التعامل معها بأسلوب تسويف دون معالجة فعلية، وكأن رضا العميل ليس أولوية

A terrible experience with GO Telecom, a service provider I won't repeat. Unfortunately, I ordered a 6-month plan and received the worst service I've ever received from a telecom provider. I hope they improve their service in the future.
