Scam / worst ticket company
I bought tickets for an event and paid premium prices for it. Tickets were fraudulent and were removed from my wallet by the venue. I reached out to customer service and the company blamed me. “I should have not validated my tickets with the venue”????I reached out again for customer service and they did not care of any of my complains and hanged up the phone on me. Avoid any problems and use someone else. SCAM.

Scam alert
They came up as. Search for tickets to grand ole Opry. Had all kinds of guarantees so ordered the tickets and added parking at the venue to the order. I got the confirmation of the parking immediately but nothing on the actual show tickets. So I opened chat amd the assured me the tickets confirmation was coming “shortly”. Well nothing til the night before and I get a text please call regarding your tickets, well after trying to get through for 20 minutes I finally talk to someone and they tell me they can not secure the tickets and they would be pay to apply the charges to another concert but won’t refund the price of the parking fees as that ticket is confirmed. Long story short my learning lesson and my mistake. But, never never use these scam artist for any tickets. Unless you just have money to burn.

Fraudulent link, clever placement of their website when I searched the venue their link came up. Looked legit. Got a confirmation email with no link to the tickets.
