Can’t connect

I can connect my Go-tcha Evolve to the Go-tcha Evolve and Pokémon Go apps but I can’t connect to this one. How do I fix this?

Doesn’t connect to gotcha evolve

- doesn’t connect to gotcha evolve ( was he other app does though, have used gotcha evolve for 6+ months, am no stranger to its setup/settings )

Please fix this app would be so much better for got a evolve !!

Im on iPhone 6S, my partner has an iPhone X - we both cannot connect our gotcha evolve to this application. Even after full reset + forget device in Bluetooth ( phone ) and re-pair / reconnect in this app
- nothing happens
- please fix ASAP !!!
- add steps from gotcha evolve wristbaand/app to be pushed into “health app” on iPhone through permissions ( so we can track steps for eggs !?!?! It’s a missing feature that would be great !!)
