Doesn’t seem to be working
Raids aren’t even showing up after making them. Frustrating.
It is generally pretty good but…
There are some major issues. Like not all Pokémon are supported, Charizard for example. Notifications continue after the room is closed. Closed raids still show up in the availability list.
I use it a lot bit it could be better.

One major problem
I have several accts on my phone and when I switch accounts it doesn’t register. I get out of app and get back in I’ve tried rebooting my phone information is correct but the app doesn’t k ow I’ve changed accounts for some reason and people get invalid message when it should be valid.

Trainers
I had this once before but uninstalled because of the raids at that time. But I wanted to get back online to capture better pokemon than I already have. The notifications are quick and I don’t mind the waiting but when a host makes a Raid and then just goes offline… I wish their was a way that the next trainer up can then host the raids to keep the flow going… other than that… everything else seems okay for now

Click on the room as soon as it appears and always says someone else was faster. Hate this app! 😡
Frustrating trying to join popular raids
I’d give this app a higher rating if it weren’t for the fact that I can’t join a single popular raid because the raid room is always full before I can even click on the room. It shows up, I go to click on it to join, and by the time I click it says something like “Oops, someone else pressed the fingers very fast, there is no invitation left in this room please try another room” almost like the app itself is taunting me. It’s honestly frustrating and something should be done to fix this and give people a better opportunity to join raids rather than spend hours on end trying to join raids because they can’t click faster.

Rating raid chat only one thing really needed and I give 5 stars
So first off this is a absolutely amazing chat for raid ! It’s my go too when I am stuck at home for what ever reason and my 7 year old loves playing PG with me. The ONLY thing I would change about this is the set up by selecting how many people can join your chat room to battle . You can invite up to 10 people by sending out the first 5 invites then as soon as some one jumps in you back all the way out and renter the raid and at this point you can send 5 more invites ! The chat only allows 6 if I’m not mistaking and 1 of those are including yourself. And because of cool down mode you can’t post back to back to get another 5 in with you. I would really like to see that added ! Other then that I love this app!!

Unable to Login
App is up to date. I am unable to login. Screen just goes blank when I click to enter my password. Very frustrating
Raidrooms
Good way to get into raids remotely, but nothing verifying “weather boost” when room host says it is. Many hosts say it’s weather boosted just to get people to join. Then you use a remote pass join the raid and find out they lied and it’s not boosted.
There needs to be a way to report violators so they get suspended from starting raid rooms or eventually banned completely if that continues.

Great app. Few missing features.
There are a few QOL improvements that the app could use as well as being a little slow sometimes.
The app also NEEDS a way to report people and remove them from the app. Just encountered a player using horrible racist profanity who needs to be removed ASAP.

Can’t even register
Every time I try to register the screen just goes to black. The register buttons are hidden below the keyboard, so even if I get everything typed in, I can't reach the register button. Poorly designed for what looks like an interesting service.
Ok not great
Would be better if we could see and choose raid types and move into a queue.

Amazing app for Rading
I love this app, and it doesn’t disappoint. This fix all the confusion of the raid system and help you find people to raid with. I did a raid and everyone send a friend request, I copy their name down, and we destroyed that Pokémon. I recommend if you want to raid.

5 minutes to kick someone that is not participating is too long. Usually people is not serious and you’re not able to kick them out
Disappointed
First time I join a raid, it went great! I joined another one and the host left the game and all of us didn’t get in the raid? I wasted a remote raid pass. Looking to report host, I couldn’t find one . This app was referred to me from a friend, but so far I like poke genie, since it guarantees me playing a raid and it ask how was it afterwards... need to ban host if they just leave during a game. Disappointed user. Will only use this app at last resort.

Best app for raids
Hands down fell in love with this app. I stay on it while running Pokémon Go. Best place to meet new players and raid to get exp and shiny legendaries!
