Very slow service like seriously waiting 20 minutes are we back 2001 or 2020. This application made me expect too much.

I was shocked
I have downloaded the application and was shocked that the rate of the rides doesn’t show beforehand “obviously I didn’t try out there service due to not providing me with the info needed before “ to me unprofessional at all not worth of expanding to any other country.
