So much potential, falls short without robust search options
Our family just invested a week into using this app to improve communication across three generations and several states. There is so much to like here, but when we realized that there isn’t a robust search option, we were sunk. With the content that we had input over the week, there was no way to micro search it. Yes, you can search for a chat by person but you can’t search a word and find it across chats. I’m leaving this review so that others looking for an app just like this aren’t disappointed, while also encouraging the developers to be more explicit about what the app can and can’t do. We are rooting for this app because we could really use one like this!
