GOÄ Abrechnung helps doctors and practice teams prepare German private medical invoices on iPhone, iPad and Mac. The app focuses on German GOÄ billing and primarily uses German-language workflows and fee descriptions. THREE STEPS TO AN INVOICE Select a patient, enter the services actually provided, and review the details. Practice information and invoice text are prefilled. A sample invoice with fictional data lets you explore the result without using your free invoice allowance. GENERAL PRACTICE AND ON-CALL CARE A curated GOÄ catalog covers consultations, examinations, home visits, vaccinations, adult health checks, ultrasound and selected diagnostic services. Practice profiles and search synonyms help you find services. Set factors, enter individual justifications and record required organ details alongside each item. REVIEW AND SHARE A PDF The app calculates fees and flags selected billing combinations and factor limits. The on-call assistant helps with time-based surcharges and travel fees. Edit drafts, share invoice PDFs and track draft, sent and paid status. POST-MORTEM EXAMINATIONS A separate workflow supports post-mortem examination records using GOÄ codes 100/101, surcharges, travel fees and PDF billing. LOCAL DATA AND OPTIONAL AGENT ACCESS Patient and invoice records are encrypted and stored locally. On Mac, an optional MCP interface can be enabled for one session. A deliberately connected AI client can check services and, with separate permissions, maintain patients, invoice drafts and post-mortem examination records. Final PDFs, handoffs to an external email agent, trash and payment updates require approval of the specific action in the app. The chosen AI provider's handling of received data must be assessed separately. Optional usage counters remain on the device. They contain event counts, not patient data, and are never transmitted automatically.
