I'm more of a silent follower but decided to share my experience with this app. I've enjoyed reading the blog posts and feel encouraged and find it a helpful addition to my life in helping me get more focused. Amazing for my mornings
I have implemented using this app with my morning and evening routine. With all the different aspects of the app it gives me what I need when I need it. Between the ebook and the internal work course I am starting to dive into my emotions and the app gives me a road map to do so. Definitely worth the paid version 🥰
