Solid Goalie Training App
This is an awesome training app for both goalies and coaches! It has many drills with videos to use to improve your game or the game of the goalie/s you are coaching. It also comes with the option to create training plans. If you aren’t interested in creating a training plan, the app does offer the option of a pre built training plan as well. Solid tool, would recommend!
