Goalkeeper Training offers exercises divided into individual categories for children and youth, making it easier to work with young goalkeepers. The training for 16 to 19 year olds is the same as for adults, with continuously increased intensity of the load. All exercises are appropriate for men, women, boys, and girls.
Goalkeeper Training includes 57 free exercises, 55 free videos, and 59 free diagrams. There are also 8 free explanations and 2 free training sessions available to users.
An internet connection is required to watch the free videos. However, after purchasing a first pack, you can download and store all the free videos on your smartphone or tablet for offline access.
Beyond the free content, users can purchase additional exercises in packs of 10. The app offers 780 paying exercises, 740 videos, and 29 paying training sessions.
