Really helpful

Iโ€™m currently learning pentatonic scales. And this app gives me amazing back tracks. Now I can try different shapes within the pentatonics, using my ears to match the back tracks. Feels I became more innovative and skilled.

Recommendations:

1) allow users to save the backing tracks in the app.
2) allow users to rename the back tracks, so that can organise it into a library.
3) keep it add free, as itโ€™s now.

My sincere thanks to the team.

Excellent App!

You guys keep doing better every time. Thank you!!!

Top Notch

Amazing app. Just what I needed, really simple. Learnt new stuff on my guitar straight away.

Not working

Voice detection is useless and even when it understands me it does nothing?? Tried all commands, the worst is saying "four", I'm English so I say "four" it recognises "full" every time until I say it with a strong American "R" on the end.
WIP

Has a long way to go.

It tries to throw a swim beat in where there is no swing and when it does get the rhythm correct it isn't the same style of music I'm playing which is just basic rock. It needs to have genres to pick from.

Works and sounds great.

So easy to get a drum track going to play along with.

Needs IAA & Audiobus

Cool app that works well enough but needs inter app audio and Audiobus. Also, putting other instruments to play along m, like the bass on music memos. Music Memos works well and gives a pretty good, drum and bass track option. But you then can transfer them to other apps such as GarageBand, which then gives you a drum and bass track to start with based on their virtual systems. I really love your apps so I hope these features come asap. Still waiting for one to convert guitar into a piano track that works well.

Interesting concept, more to do.

Cool concept but it needs to improve, and then we're onto something, and that something is...hey (real) drummer! You're fired!

Needs refinement.

The drumbeat detection is pretty accurate but after a few bars the playback gets carried away and starts being too clever for its own good. With breaks, rolls and inappropriate cymbal crashes.

A nice steady beat with the option of infills would be more useful. Talking about selectivity a way to alter the volume of individual drum effects is badly needed in order to tailor beats accurately to song requirements.

Most curiously it doesn't seem possible to save a beat.

Has potential, but for the moment needs further refinement to be a useful musicians tool.

Audiobus and/or Inter-app support PLEASE.

Please!

Great free beat machine but needs Audiobus & IAA...

For fun or just to jam with, this app is a goldmine of beats. But for pro recording use in IOS, you need the standard all pro apps have, AUDIOBUS!
Apps with no AB are usually just novelty toys but those meant for real IOS composers will have AB. I know it just got released so I hand it to the devs for such a fun great beat making app! Guess what it never asks for breaks and you can have it running all day long, try that with a real drummer ๐Ÿ˜ณ!
I will give it 3 stars and give it the other 2 when AB gets implemented.

A great start to a potentially very useful app

Generates good quality drum beats, but needs Audiobus/IAA/Ableton Link/Midi Sync support, recording & Audiocopy/Audiopaste/Audioshare facilities, with some tools to vary the loudness/tone/mix of the individual drums, so they can be used in our compositions. Keep up the good work!
