You shouldn’t require the app to wire the thing up. QR code to a PDF wiring guide would be sufficient. The app UI is not intuitive, and I couldn’t get the sharing settings to work from multiple devices. Either make this less smart, or get the smart features right.

I have a three tank system with nmEA interface. Doesn’t work. Have written three times for support over course of a year and get no response.

Poor documentation and instructions. Non responsive support. Overall a crap product - I have 2 versions neither work as advertised.
A bit frustrating
The issue I have is when trying to reset a pair of sensors Try as I might I cannot see how you reset both. To be honest I don't think you should have to dismantle wiring to reset devices if I change phones.
The instructions are not really clear about the use of multiple sensors. E.g do you add them one by one or all at once?
I also do not seem to be able to turn on the indicator lights from the App as nothing changes.

Technical Documentation is Lousy
You will find that older docs exist online and one doc does not necessarily apply to the item you have. What docs and videos there are, are way too simplistic and omit explanations such as what the different colors mean when sensor calibration is running. If you are not going to explain it then don’t enable the color change. Or, even better and, cheaper and more convenient for installation list what they mean on you website,
