Было лучше когда только выпускали, автобусы и вправду комфортные, место просторные и все продумано, спустя год лютое гов н о , водитель чуть ли не высадил ночью женщину на обочине, потому что она много болтала, место могут отличаться в в приложении от фактического, водители включают место кондера подогрев и невозможно дышать

Unreliable

Absolute joke! It keeps crashing all the time. No matter what you click, it throws an error message at you. Even if you manage to reach the payment page, it won’t accept your payment and will still give you an error. I lucked out on another day when their app was working, but then I received tickets for different seats than what I paid for. Their customer service is painfully slow to respond on both phone and WhatsApp. Eventually I’ve got a message, saying I will receive my refund in 7 days! Fingers crossed they’ll send it to my card.

Had to delete and reupload the app several times due to glitches. Never ended up working.

Зарегистрироваться по номеру телефона невозможно, приложение вылетает
Поиск точки отъезда/прибытия также некорректный, выбираешь город и поиск не выдает результата, пишешь конкретное место в городе (например название ТЦ) и только тогда есть
Покупала билеты на 3-х человек, QR-код сообщил водителю что билет был куплен только на одного человека, из-за этого в итоге бус забронировало намного больше человек чем нужно и поездку перенесли на 30 минут позже
Почините пожалуйста все эти баги, пользоваться невозможно
