Less than worthless
(Full: We ordered a number of items and scheduled them for delivery. A few hours before the delivery schedule, we were informed that some items were unavailable, despite being available on the app way in advance. They said those with suitable replacements were replaced, those without were removed from the order. We were told we would be refunded of the missing value, but they did not respond with how. We have yet to receive the refund. During the expected delivery period, we were informed our delivery would be delayed. They did not provide any time window for the delayed delivery, nor have they replied to our messages. We have yet to receive the delivery nor even a partial refund. This app has been a complete waste of time and energy. As people with full-time jobs, we have to schedule grocery deliveries and other household concerns in advance to prepare for the work week. Budget constraints prevent us from ordering groceries elsewhere without receiving a refund. Do not download this app, it is virtual garbage.)
