التطبيق يعلق
سيء ويخيب الظن مع الأسف
بكل صراحة، من غير المقبول أن يكون تطبيق شركة بحجم Tap بهذا المستوى البدائي. التطبيق يعاني من مشاكل جوهرية تستدعي تحديثاً عاجلاً، وهيكلته بالكامل من جديد.
أبرز الملاحظات:
1. لا يمكن تعديل المعلومات الشخصية أو معلومات الحساب – وهذا أمر أساسي يجب توفره في أي تطبيق مالي.
2. لا يمكن إضافة معلومات بنكية – وهي من أهم الوظائف المتوقعة من التطبيق.
3. عند اختيار أي خيار تعديل، التطبيق يغلق فجأة – تجربة المستخدم غير مستقرة إطلاقاً.
4. الواجهة معقدة وتفتقر إلى السلاسة – وكأن التطبيق لم يُختبر جيداً قبل إطلاقه.
5. اللون الأحمر المستخدم مزعج جداً للعين – وكان من الأفضل الالتزام بألوان الهوية البصرية للموقع: الأبيض، الأصفر، والأسود فقط.
التطبيق حالياً لا يليق أبداً باسم Tap، ويجب على الشركة أن تعيد النظر بشكل جذري في التصميم والأداء. نأمل أن يتم تحسين التجربة قريباً بما يتناسب مع تطلعات المستخدمين.

Had my account for the past month and couldn’t do anything useful, support link leads me to a blog of stupid articles.
The app ask for an id to be uploaded every time I login and it crashes when I try to add the ID.
Why on earth it ask for an id to begin with when the account is already verified and activated by abshr ?!

من اجمل التطبيقات الله يعطيكم العافيه
Absolutely unprofessional company
It was a huge mistake and the most unpleasant experience to start working with this company. The money I received from my clients was blocked for two months without any explanation, and nobody from the company was willing to officially explain what was happening. We had to go through complicated channels to finally get our money back. Unprofessional management, no official emails, no invoices, no contracts or documents — everything was based on trust. When I contacted their customer service, they simply said they informed management about my problem and that was it. Only through threats and persuasion could I get anything from them. I asked to have my account deleted from their website, but apparently, clients don't have that option. It's been three weeks, and they still refuse to do it, which means I have to engage in further conversations and explain once again why I don't want to work with them along with being changes the monthly fees for their service. Don't fall for their tricks and don't work with this company. Once your money is with them, it means it's no longer yours, and there's no guarantee you'll ever see it again. This company resembles professional scammers; I can't say more than that.
