So glitchy it’s painful

Keeps freezing, logging out and won’t add winning domains to the cart. I find it really hard to comprehend that a multi billion pound company can’t get this app right!!!

Crashes constantly

The app crashes constantly, and there is no support.

Often glitchy but good when it works. Frozen out again today.

Frozen out again today as the app is failing to load. When it does load it works well but can be frustratingly glitchy considering the amount of money that can be spent on auction domains when using this app.

Crashes after the latest update

Can’t open - instantly crashes. I had reinstalled the app and logged in. 12 hours later the story is repeating.

Error on bidding

The new version has issues as it says error when i bid on a domain.

Half baked

No price filter like on the site. I mean, guys… seriously? You aren’t a new registrar. If I want to find a domain in the $100 range on GoDaddys marketplace, I can’t do this on this app. That really says it all.

Buggy

Anyone else get 4 text messages when logging in? Sendgrid bill gotta be high these days I reckon.

Broken search

The search features is broken. The inventory type filter is messed up. It was previously working. No way to send feedback through the app.

There is no middle finger big enough

These coital-headed parasites made two seperate unauthorised charges to two seperate bank accounts of mine.
My interactions with the "service" have been exclusively through the App Store. That didn't matter though because they retained my banking information from a previous purchase made using their scam domain hosting services.
They bypassed Apple Pay (because it would have meant they had to articulate what I had been charged for) and without my consent, any form of notification, or an explanation of the service rendered, they directly debited my accounts.
Transparency and customer consent are crucial for any transaction but this company doesn't care. They also continued billing me long after I my domain service had expired and I had requested it's cancellation.

Simple features missing

The ability to sort and filter isn’t consistent across different areas of the app, such as the radar vs search area. Maybe that’s due to mixed listing types in the latter, but it almost negates that one’s usefulness.

IM JUST CONFUSED… HOW DO YOU LIST YOUR DOMAINS?

Go daddy since the very start has made it difficult to list domains for auction. Why the ability to do so in this app is beyond me…oh but wait you can look at the domains you bought! Lol 😂

跳出来的验证码怎么不是godaddy账户二次验证的验证码?

输入GoDaddy 账户的信息后,跳出来的验证码怎么不是godaddy账户二次验证的验证码?那应该是什么验证码?

No functionality for Sellers

Terrible App. Guys we are in 2023 , it cannot be so difficult to develop an app for Buyers and Sellers and with a decent Front End. The overall interface of Godaddy ( app and desktop) stayed in 2007.

A cannot follow any of the 650 auctions I am taking part as a Seller.

Can’t access with Google account

Only GoDaddy accounts are allowed. If you create your account from Google or any other platform, say goodbye to using this app.

feeling like a waste of money

about 2 1/2 years ago I decided reselling domains with a professional storefront was a game changer (still do).

I remember making my first real dollars after selling a domain I had purchased through this app.

fast forward I decided to renew my account & I’ve begun re-reselling domains but haven’t been able to bid on/buy ANYTHING!!

the developers definitely set it & forgot it with this app…

Response from developer

Hi Jo, Thanks for using the GoDaddy Investor App and providing feedback. Please contact GoDaddy Support using the link below and provide more information about the issues you are having bidding/purchasing domains so that we can investigate the issue. https://www.godaddy.com/help/contact-us Best regards, GoDaddy Investor App Team

Less functional than the auctions website which is sad

There are far fewer search and sort options available in the app than there are on the website. End up having to search the website to get meaningful results. App is pointless.

Response from developer

Hi @damG, Thanks for providing feedback. We have taken note of it and released version 5.1 of the GoDaddy Investor App which adds lots of new filter and sort options to the app. More search options are coming in a future release. Please update the app to Version 5.1. Best regards, - GoDaddy Investor App Team

Can’t access

Hi there, users can’t access to their accounts with out social login like Google.

Constantly signs out - unusable

Constantly saying “signed out due to inactivity” what a joke - can’t use it

Not very bad

So, have a good moment: 1. It works and I can see domains in the tab “radar” 2. Work push. When somebody bids I get notifications 3. I can see domain metrics and bids. Bad moment: 1. I don't see my bids (that I did on the web) in the tabs: “Bidding”; “Watching”; “Won” 2. I see the button “Bid now” in the tab “Lost”, it confuses me because bud lost a lot of days ago. All good, but for me important see bids from the tabs “Watching” and “Won”, but they don't work.

App glitched; charged twice for domain

I was kicked out of the app while paying for domains, so I went through to pay for the domains again. The end result was that I was charged twice.

When I reached out to be refunded for the duplicate charge, customer support said could return it as store credit. When I pressed further, they said that I couldn't receive a refund for the domain renewals and that I would get 2 years. That's a ridiculous SOP and shows that GoDaddy cares about quick money over having long term customers.
