We use the GoDaddy app to stay in contact with our website inquiries. Very helpful.
Bugs
The app has way too many bugs. It crashes constantly and every time I get a notification, even after I clear it, the app stays stuck with 2 notification bubbles. The only way to clear it is to delete and reinstall the app. I’m super frustrated with this app. It makes communicating for my business extremely difficult.

TERRIBLE GRAPHICS AND MORE
I had this app when it was called “Over” and it was fantastic!! I used this app to create graphics and flyers, not to buy a domain, accept payments, and contact customers like it does now. Since the app was sold to GoDaddy and renamed “Studio,” they have completely changed the original apps purpose and it has gotten progressively worse. To name a few flaws: It’s glitchy, attempts to ‘sync’ your work to some cloud, has many fonts that aren’t even legible, a ‘Graphics’ selection that is mostly business oriented, incorrect English, and b&w/monochrome. It is no longer geared toward marketing normal US holidays or events, and some of the basic editing features simply don’t work correctly. GoDaddy doesn’t know that a real life photo of something is not a graphic, it’s a photo and they also do not understand the concept of an overlay. For reference, I AM a Pro subscriber but not sure how much longer I will be.
Before you subscribe, let me say this one more time: THE GRAPHICS SELECTION IS TERRIBLE and mostly USELESS!! GoDaddy claims “Retro Psychedelia” to be a “Trends” graphic selection.
*Be sure you sort reviews by most recent or you’ll be deceived by the previous owner’s 5-Star reviews. I am assuming GoDaddy only purchased a successful graphic design app so they could completely change it and still have the previous company’s great reviews.

This new app is amazing. I love the fact that I can conduct my business so quick and easy using the app and not having to seat a computer to do so any more:
Shows messages but none there
It shows I have unread messages as an icon red number but they are all resolved. I have to delete the app just to clear it and reinstall.

Stay clear of GoDaddy
This company and its services are the worst Domain, website and marketing outfit I’ve ever experienced. Their customer service in particular is extremely poor.

I have had this app for years and loved it, but even after three updates, it still crashes every single time I attempt to sign in. Before I struggled with having to sign in every time I used it. Now I can’t even use it.
Poor execution
You cannot do anything with this app. It’s not intuitive, it’s not useful, and for a tech company, it’s incredibly disappointing. You cannot access email appropriately, you cannot edit your website, and seeing how everything lacks, I would never use their sales and marketing. This app is a waste of time. Downloaded and deleted within ten minutes.

Latest update
The latest GoDaddy app update has seriously affected the way I use the app. The background removal tool is the main feature I rely on, and unfortunately, it is no longer as efficient or accurate as it was before.
Please consider bringing the background removal feature back to how it worked previously. I use it constantly for my designs, and the current version makes my work much more difficult and time-consuming.
