This release includes new features, performance improvements, and bug fixes for a smoother and more reliable experience. New Features: Implemented new features S-Sync AC, i-Comfort, and Comfort in AC. Added validation to prevent multiple Service Requests using the same mobile number. Added Air Conditioner and Refrigerator user manuals. Introduced the Cleaning Reminder feature for Refrigerator devices. Implemented Rhine washing machine model in APP Fixes: Fixed the Diagnose button highlighting issue for Air Conditioner devices. Resolved parameter-related issues in Refrigerator devices and added the required validations.

Alerts tab not working

Alerts tab used to work earlier but not doesn’t work. Stuck on loader symbol

Limited use

App can be used only if your devices are wifi enabled. Only wifi enabled devices can be registered through this limited use app. For the 'cattle class' non WiFi devices, one has to use their WhatsApp or web or phone channels and answer 101 questions before a SR can be raised. Poor facility
