Unable to login
I am trying to login thru Google but I get error that domain doesn’t exists. I even tried to update the app multiple times but it doesn’t work. Thought of resetting the password using otp but even that doesn’t works. Do you guys have a plan to fix it? If not whats the alternative way to use the camera installed at my office?

App and camera suddenly stopped working
The camera and the app both suddenly stopped working and there is no support from Godrej to address the issue.

The app is quite useful at the beginning, but by the last 6 months, it’s not working at all; even the domain doesn’t exist at this moment.

Worst possible product from a reputed brand
The app needs reinstalling every other week and now, I am not able to log in
Hopeless camera
Nothing great about this camera sometimes software is not working sometimes camera is not connecting to phone and most of the time when I am out of the house it disconnects on it’s on.. I have complained about this but no response…

Substandard camera
1) Logs off from the app every 10 days 2) never works on iPhone 3) online- initially worked but after few months it stopped. Worst customer support & camera . Please stop making it .
V poor software
I have been using Goodrej camera since many years. Their older apps were fine, but this one will not work 60-70% of the time. Very frustrating. Defeats the purpose of installing camera.
Worst interface and bad purchase
The software interfaces blanks out periodically and creates false notification. Software needs an upgrade to fix issues where if it doesn’t load, it can give option to restart or enable login again.
Extremely poor app
Work on your app godrej spotlight, this is one of the poorest app i have ever used, whenever i open this app, i get just blank screen, everytime i have to uninstall and install the app.

Worst experience and needs tons of improvement
The app doesn’t work even upto basic standards. It is a spoiler for the name Godrej. And now the worst part is I am not even able to subscribe to the cloud plan. I have been trying to subscribe from the past 2 months but it isn’t working. In today’s world who would want to subscribe only via a desktop?? Weird…!!

Thrird class app
Such a third class app which becomes non responsive quite often. Even a final year degree project app is much better than yours.

The development team for this application is not performing well at all!
Despite making multiple complaints during the call, there was no improvement.
In order for the application to appear on the display, you have to uninstall and reinstall it after a few days, otherwise there will be a blank screen.
Live streaming often encounters crashes.
No option to use this application because an investment is already done in camera and cloud.
Godrej has never done improvement in this app at all.

Not opening the app
The app does open easily. It takes a long time to open, sometimes even doesn’t open.
Product is good, app is horrible.
The app always looses connections to server or camera, I checked with different network, Wi-Fi in my spouse mobile. The app just refuses to open.
What’s the point of having a good camera if we are not able to view it on app.

Its never get connected to wifi after 90 sec of annoying sound.
Not working on iPhone
App is not working on iPhone… Getting error as your app needs minor update it will take few seconds and app will restart post update.
