Used to be Fun, Now it’s Pay-to-Progress
I’ve been playing Gods Chaos for a while, but the latest season completely ruined the experience. Progression is basically impossible now unless you spend money on gems. What used to feel like a fair grind has to into a hard paywall.
It’s frustrating because the game starts off feeling free-to-play friendly, but then suddenly you hit a wall where nothing moves forward unless you pay. This isn’t challenging gameplay- it’s just forcing purchases.
If you’re thinking about downloading this, be aware: it’s heavily pay-to-progress. Not worth the time unless you’re ready to spend.

Bait and Switch
This game used to be great. You could get by well without needing to really spend real money. This latest season the devs seem to have changed things and made the difficulty ridiculously more challenging for us free to play users. I’m about to just delete this game as the changes made to progress are way too hard without paying for upgrades.

FAILURE AT DEVELOPMENT AND MAINTENANCE
No update and no answer from dev for the last 10 months

Zero support, inactive Devs, unfixed bugs/issues, zero updates or upgrades…. Wouldn’t recommend the game.
New maps are necessary
You have to give the players who have been here since the beginning something new. It’s getting boring. Let us level up more and bring back the pet sanctuary. Mini games made it worth it. With limited bonus content

Suggestions:
1) Make those healing times bigger or a different color (Hard to see)
2) Make room in the pools to hold 20
3) Travel time should be comparable not standard 45 mins. Doesn’t make sense that it takes the same amount of time to go across the map as opposed to neighbor city.
4) Start of season Everyone starts at Asgard in center of Map.
a) Unlock cities on the way before Obtaining a designation base first in any direction (1 of 8). Cities cannot be claimed until your Home base has been established. Ex: 2 or more teams go to a base, losing team go in Exile back to Asgard. Last team automatically, open base will be assigned but still have to get there to claim it.
b) Once base is captured you have to end up back to the middle to Asgard.
Hero suggestion:
5) Make a SSS hero that can Morph into any hero and their weapon but Auto generate randomn powers not designated hero (luck of the draw)
6) Kratos hero (God of war) only one to defeat Nidhogg
7) Hercules (Zeus’ Revenge on Thor) instead of those purple misfits
8) Do away with Purple hero entirely!!
9) Altered Beast
-2 Dragons = Leviathan beast
-2 Giants = Cyclops
-2 Stone Golems= Hrungnir (Jöttunn)
10) Hero trials 4 heroes w/pet
11) Gacha coins 🪙 save up and use like slot machine to get Hero/shards/ or weapons
12) Beast chests need to be more in value
13) Avatar with animated functions then the 3 you have (abdominal snowman ⛄️ , Halloween skull rocker 🎸, Plant 🪴 dude)
14) NEW MAP
a)Open play
b)Bring back the ports to travel
c)2 more gateways to Asgard
d) Make gateways, Beast a point value
15) Team Sign up amount to 240
16) Another Pet to have across all teams
17) Toss-ups
a) Fight Alliance verse alliance after city bots have been taken out then duke it out like normal battle.
18) Star Carnival
a) each winner shall get a 10% save on Troops depletion for the duration
b) Incorporate a MVP award for the most 3 streakers call it the Whoopsie.
19) Open all chests at once button
20) Strike is upon us and many leaving the game!!!!!!

Needs work
Game is fun at times. It has a lot of bugs and minimal improvements. Last improvement was the addition of pets that can only be purchased for way too much money.
Needs support
There hasn’t been any real change to the game in forever and needs a major update they keep recycling, old content, and old maps.
Won’t let me move onto starpath
I’ve had my account for a long time. I took a break from the game for a while but now I can’t move on the starpath. So now I have deleted it for good. All that time I put into it and now I can’t play it anymore. I would have given it 0 stars but it’s not an option.

Some potential but not good enough
Was loving the game for the first couple of weeks I played. Game has great potential but having to restart your little village and re upgrade your weapons and characters EVERY SEASON is infuriating. This is supposed to be an idle game, why should I have to waste more time upgrading buildings, characters, weapons, etc. I had to find out through the world chat as to why my account had pretty much reset out of nowhere. Just so it’s “fair for newcomers” isn’t a valid excuse, I’m not sorry.
All of that would’ve been great to know in every ad I saw about the game before playing. Would’ve saved me so much time I could’ve put into a different game.

good game, all progress lost each new season
all your heroes & weapons get zeroed out at the start of a new season, you also loose all built structures, access to the world.
you also have to play through the tutorial each season.
real 1 step forward 2 step back set up, lots of repetitive grinding for the chance to see different characters & weapons you can't keep a high lvl

New season lost everything!
Don’t bother spending time or money on this. They will reset the season and take everything you grinded for. Everything you built, all your heroes growth… If you paid money, it’s gone too. Such a blatant money grab!

Horrible Developer Support
Absolutely a waste of time. The game developers don’t respond to question or issues from players. No guidance or real introductions on how to play the game. You can only play on their developers time schedule and the events/battles can take over 4 hours and you don’t see your characters doing anything. I wouldn’t even give this game a 1 Star review. It’s garbage don’t waste your time or money.
