There are always lots of glitches in the game and no support.
It is a bad copy of Empires & Puzzles. If you don’t spend money you will get the same basic hero’s over and over. I know because I have played it for three years. Don’t waste your time.

Today I got a message in my summons portal saying my version isn’t supported and needs to be updated but there’s no update in the App Store. Please push ASAP!

This used to be a fun game. Unfortunately they have let the game get so buggy it is pure crap. Don’t waste your time or your money on what was once a decent game.
Money slog
Empires and Puzzles part 2 a total money hog. Better off throwing your money in the trash. Total imbalance,crappy graphics, better off taking pictures of your money burning and posting

very buggy
aside from randomly kicking you during a battle, the war & titan match up algorithms match teams un evenly. we are often out-matched which takes fund and challenge out of warring. and makes it difficult to convince alliance members to participate in wars.
A bunch of glitches
See the funny thing is that this game is greedy. All they do is put new events with new heroes, with sales on top of sales. But with a bunch of issues, glitches, titan loot never show up, raid frozen, war battles kicked out in the middle of action, etc…. The funny thing is that they will respond to this review with a “please reach out to us under this email or open a ticket in the app”… funny because all they do is ignore the ticket or give you an idiot response just to brush you off… if I could give them a -1.0M Stars I would… don’t fall for their scam of money… unless you have a lot than share it with them!!

Changed name lost progress
On the third or fourth name change this reticulum game stripped me of all my progress and heroes. While not many I had a few 4 star and one 5 star. Had to start from scratch, and ultimately decided forget it. Unwilling to let that happen again. Spent a few dollars, and glad it wasn’t more. Won’t be playing anymore. I’d rather play E&P anyway cause at least I have had no issues on that one....

App Transfer
I’ve been with this game a long time through many name changes. It’s a great concept but sadly it doesn’t transfer from iPhone to iPhone upon upgrades. The game forced me to start over again and after all the time I put into it to see that happen frustrates me beyond consolement. When I calm down I may go back to it but I doubt it. I messaged someone on Facebook several days ago and have not received a response. So Two stars is what has been earned.

Many issues
The game, copied from Empire and Puzzles, has much better graphics and some other better ideas. The unfortunate side is lots of glitches, heroes not playing correctly, lack of good customer support and other major problems. I would think twice before starting this game unless you like being frustrated.

I lost everything even purchased items switching to a new iPad
Fix this I was at level 29 and made purchases and now I have to start over. Support brings me to an empty Facebook page.

Rip off from empires and puzzles. I changed to this game because empires started to feel only for players who pay, this game wasn’t like that IN THE BEGINNING NOW THEY'RE GREEDY. Their costumer service is a JOKE. They make the powerful teams lose in raid and in wars! It’s so frustrating who you know you can win and then in the middle of war battle the board shifts because these ppl already decided the winner. I don’t mind spending on a game I enjoy playing but enough is enough. Don’t even get me started on the glitches, the name changing every other month and not a single reward for screwing you up just a automated pathetic robotic reply that makes you feel like a rookie so there after two years of not trying to bash my fave game I finally did it and I’m moving on time to find another game!!!

Warning to Apple users
This is the 4th version of this game that I’ve had to “update.” I’m glad I did NOT delete the old version of the game because I would have lost everything I’d earned over the past year. Now things aren’t working right (no access to hero of the month, etc.) because I’m still playing the old version. I think I will have to delete this game for good soon. Who wants to play a game and lose everything when they force you to “update?” Android users don’t have this problem.
If you want to play a game that doesn’t do this shady stuff play Empires & Puzzles. I’ve never had a problem with that game.

Rip off Empires & Puzzles
It’s a cheaper clone of Empires & Puzzles but much cheaper, boards are terrible and game is cheaper you end up paying a lot more for nothing the rewards are useless you might get a 4 star pull out of hundreds of 3 star ones, and then wait years for one ascension item, this game is 90% watching ads and 10% actual game play that is glitchy at best.

I guess, Android users aren't burdened with this process? I have an iPhone, so I have to change it up, it's no big deal. It's literally pressing a button. So quit crying and complaining about it.

Mixed emotions
Over all very fun challenging game, but frustrating to level. Been trying for months to get just 1 soul stone & some masters bags so my team could ascend but it is just not happening. Mysteriously I saw 1 come up for sale in a VERY over priced offer leading me to believe it is not random chance that I can’t get one. What is that word?🤔 .....Oh, extortion m!
