App accomplishes nothing!
I had hoped this app would expedite communicating with various departments within Dublin government. Absolutely not! Several years ago, the city had a very rich website with numerous points of access to our local government. This app accomplishes nothing!!!!!
Seriously bad. Wish I had an alternative.
Seriously, the most unintuitive app navigation I’ve ever seen.
It literally takes me 5 minutes of wandering menus and sub menus to find the most basic and probably most frequent thing searched for “garbage collection services”. It’s Labor Day and I know there is an alternate collection day but had to confirm.
I’m finally writing a review because I just spent another 5min+ trying to find it.
Put a simple icon on the main page/menu! I mean come on, you have snow collection there and that’s for a single season out of the entire year!
The complete lack of common sense in developing sensible navigation is astounding. If I could give zero stars I would.

Reinstall to fix
I spoke with the developer and there are a small number of users having issues. It seems like an uninstall and reinstall of the app fixes the problems. Also, there is a known bug with the login boxes not showing if you use dark mode. Temporarily use light mode to log in or create an account. The developer plans to fix this issue.

New version is glitchy
Why fix something that’s not broken, it won’t allow you to make a service request now, frustrating. Not sure why you would waste tax dollars to make it look pretty but unusable?

Apparently the app was working so well and citizens loved it to the point the city “updated” it to no longer accept service requests. Informed them almost 2 months ago and it’s still not been resolved. I see someone else on June 8 reviewed it and stated the same thing. A resolution update would be nice.

Service Request Failures
I attempted five times to make a service request using the app. Each time it failed. I’m not sure who in Dublin manages this app but it obviously needs attention.
Does not work
This app appears not to working. I can not submit a Service Request though I have done so numerous times in the past. When I click “Address”, the app closes. When I attempt to look at previous service requests, the app closes. This is a shame as it was a useful tool.
Great first use
Reported a street light out this morning that I saw last night. Got confirmation 25 secs after I submitted my ticket that a work order has been created. Knowing the City service forces, I wouldn't be surprised if it was fixed by tonight.
The "locate the problem" geotag is dead on so everyone knows exactly where the issue resides. Dublin is always on top of things and I expect nothing less with this new app. Great work and a heartfelt thank you!!!
