Good App, Poor Customer Service
The app is easy to use, but that’s where the positives end. Customer service is extremely disappointing, the interest rates are excessively high, and there is no practical option to reduce your balance early by making extra principal payments. Read the agreement carefully before accepting any loan: you could end up paying far more than you expect

Downloaded app to my phone but am unable to login using my current (website) credentials which makes no sense.
Lendcare
Never up to date. Payments made but not on there account site. And they k ok my credit every time. Even though things r on time. Hard to deal with. They say they’ve tried to-contact you many times , yet I have no record of calls. Just 1 email and credit score going down
Need Improvement
I can see remaining balance that also seems inaccurate and big improvement is to adding option allowing to make a payments as convenient.
Missing loan
Does not show my other loan and Easyfinancial branch won’t tell me loan maturity or original loan info
Please add a payment portal
Good app id like it more if there was a way I could make payments towards my principal on it though

Taking 60% of all additional payments as interest is just cruel. That money should go directly to Principal. You all should be shut down!

Performance
The most laziest people in this world, Canada in easy financial. They are not doing their job properly. They did not response when they received the payment to the customer.
Scam
Basically this company is a scam. I paid off my loan about a month ago and these folks keep taking money out of my bank which requires me to contact my bank easy time for a refund. I sent an email over 3 weeks ago and haven't received a single response back aside from an automated responder. They will happily steal your money and ghost you, DO NOT trust GoEasy, LendCare, EasyHome, etc.

Not able to pay in app
Same for the website. You cannot make payments here. Everything is advertised as “easy” but as soon as you have some spare change to pay down your debt. Silence.

It doesn’t show payments from the first payment to current and it provide statements to download.

What’s the use of an app if you cannot make any payments and it take months to update an extra payment made through Interac. This have been suggested on many previous reviews but still not added? It’s a basic feature on literally every app
