Buggy, useless piece of junk really. I mean, Poly is bad enough but this app makes it even worse.
Crashing again tapping Device Settings
Prior to January 2023, when tapping Device Settings, the app would crash for most users. After a firmware update, the app would no longer crash and users could see the firmware version after tapping Device Settings. However, in February 2026, this crashing problem is happening again. After tapping Settings->Device Settings, the GoFigure app crashes (version 1.6.1, App ver 2.15(9). Users can still stream, but please address why a problem that was fixed three years ago is happening again.

Impossible!!!
I've been trying to open Play Mode all day, and it's been impossible. I haven't been able to do it even with the help of the AI. I see there are negative comments from 2021. Hasn't anything been done since then?
Appalling app
This app is an absolute travesty. Chord make world class DACs and then supply an app that looks like it was devised by a three/year old with ADHD. I can’t use the Mojo/Poly combo outside my home which renders it pointless.

Buggy initial setup, some settings don’t seem to work
Really buggy app, I only use it to switch to hostspot mode and change the settings via hotspot captive portal.
Device setting is not available
iPhone 15 pro max ios 18, latest version of Godigure 2.15(9). Device is Mojo mark 1 and Poly. Device is in local WiFi network and work as Roon client. DSD / Bitperfect is on. Playmode is automatic. Version of firmware is 3.2.0
After connection to the device if I go to settings all features of menu are working including General settings, but when I try to see device settings the app hangs and needed to be restarted.
That means I can not update firmware if any

Abysmal
As a software engineer it really bothers me when i see apps like this. The user experience is appalling and its slow and buggy. It could so easily have been a great app. What the foo is everything else mode. Why isn’t there an option for all of the modes to guide you. Some graphics for the Mojo’s eq would have been mice. Come on Chord you need to try harder than this. Get a GUI/UX person involved the guys doing the embedded stuff shouldn’t be going near this. I love the sound of the Mojo Poly but its so inconvenient and buggy to connect to my phone I probably won’t keep it. The experience is too poor. I have to set aside 20 mins to get it working before i leave the house!

Works like a charm
Don't know if the other reviewers had an earlier buggy version, but I set up my Poly with no difficulty and it's been working just fine.
Poor support
I have contacted Chord support on 3 occasions to report firmware updates to the latest version for Chord Poly fails every time. I was told each time the new version of go figure will fix when it arrives. No new version has been released and I’m left wondering why Chord care so little for the customers. I would seriously going elsewhere if you’re reading this and considering a purchase. I can’t understand why such product is let down by poor app support. Go figure!

Useless
This is a really, truly terrible app. It is necessary for the basic configuration of the 2GO, but from the usability to the stability, it’s all bad. To some extent this app limits the range of what the 2GO can do. For one thing, trying to play anything that would be recorded on the SD card is a miserable experience. And when things go wrong, this app will simply not help you in any way.

What a let down
A great bit of hardware like the Mojo/Poly combo deserves much better than this flaky mess.
Never connects to Hugo2 or 2Go. Avoid at all cost
Chord has a nice product but god help you if you’d like to use it to listen to music. This app refuses to connect consistently so I spend my evening trying to connect to my DAC instead of listening to music. Avoid anything that uses this app.
Loosing Bluetooth connection
The app only works on my phone and the Bluetooth connection keeps dropping out - only lasts about 5 mins. So have to keep going back into the app. Really ruining my enjoyment of my mojo/poly. Hardware great, app terrible.

I'm a huge Chord fan, but this app is a complete nightmare. Please hire some programmers because it's a disgrace and completely out of your league.
This app is worse than amateur
As another reviewer has noted, the app doesn’t come close to matching Chord’s electronics. In fact, it too often can’t even connect to my Poly.
