I GOT AND EMAIL SAYING TO ENTER MY INFORMATION DL , proof of insurance and what not. When trying to do all of that it keeps asking for a fleet core , that i can never get Because cuatuservice via tedt. Email. Wats up and phone keep saying they can only help if i Have a package that was supposed to be delivered. Also even on the app it doesn’t allow to do anything .

Can’t even log in
I applied multiple times with no email or confirmation of even receiving my application. I tried again to apply. It says I need to log in as I am currently with the company. That’s news to me! Then asking for a fleet number when I’m not part of a fleet. I’m an independent contractor driver. There’s no one to talk to, tried emailing, they said they can’t help, tried WhatsApp, they claimed they can’t help. So basically, I’d really love to work, but can’t because there’s no support to talk to in order to get logged in nor find out why I never received anything confirming I work for them. Yet ppl are working and I get packages delivered to me with them saying they never had any issues applying or getting help. Would love for someone to contact me so that I can work!

More package drops a low pay out. Drops should be paying at least 2$ a drop, that 2$ is then divided into mileage, gas, effort of difficulty and weight, and the actual drop.

The work is crazy, they are disorganized. They throw the packages on the floor no matter what is inside, problems paying you took a week to pay me missing money. The packages are lost inside the same warehouse and the worst of all is the treatment, they are Chinese and they are disrespectful. Since installing the latest version, the app automatically pauses any music playing on my iPhone whenever I use the camera to scan packages. Prior to this update, I was able to work and scan packages while listening to music without any interruption.
This issue significantly impacts the user experience during long work shifts and removes functionality that was previously available. I have confirmed that the problem only occurs when using the Gofo app and started immediately after the update, which strongly suggests that it is related to changes made to the app’s camera or audio management system.
I respectfully request that this issue be investigated and resolved as soon as possible. Given that many drivers spend hours scanning and delivering packages, maintaining uninterrupted audio playback is an important quality-of-life feature that should not have been affected by the update.

They will not deliver your package they will steal it
This is the worst delivery company ever they have bad customer service and they have bad delivery drivers. They will never deliver your package. They will always telling you the same thing when you call them. Your package will be delivered in three days and I have been waiting for 10 days and I had to call them crush them out and tell them to return the packages to the seller please if you buy something leave a note to the seller do not delivery your package with this company and don’t ever send your package to this company because they are a thief and they will never deliver your package

This company is only dedicated to taking money from its workers, but they are incapable of providing a bathroom or at least a water filter for their employees in the city of Austin Texas.Do they think you have camels or that the people there are Chinese? Honestly, I don't know, but it's a lack of respect. The pay is super low and really bad. I don't recommend them, and I hope fewer and fewer drivers work with them.
Está empresa se dedica solo a descontarle dinero a sus trabajadores pero son incapaces de instalarle un baño o por lo menos un filtro de agua a sus trabajadores en la ciudad de Austin, creen que tienes camellos o que la gente que está ahí es China o sinceramente no se pero es una falta de respeto, el pago es súper bajito y súper malo, no se los recomiendo y ojalá cada vez menos drivers trabajen con ellos
