Despite selecting 3pm as the latest delivery time, the package was delivered at 6 pm to a location 20 mins from where it was picked up at 11:50 am. The cutoff for drop offs was 3pm (as indicated when I placed the request for a courier) Unfortunately this box contains 45 packages for my small business that had to be sent out that day. I was not notified that it would not make it in time, so I had no option to retrieve it. Now they are trapped at the drop off until Monday because they are closed until then. Meaning when I can finally access them, it will be too late for them to arrive to their destinations on time for Christmas. I am devastated as this will destroy my businesses reputation.
