Can’t accept my ticket request submission
This app is really the work of amateurs. It’s letting me go all the way through the very last step of the submission process. Then when I click on submit it tells me “KYC Error.” Better people need to be in charge.
Fails to send texts to us numbers
Fails at the most basic step of signing up. Accept us numbers but texts never actually get thru. Advice: keep it simple and use e-mails instead for sign-ups
