The app and the charging stations don’t always combine to work. The dependability of its functionality needs improvement.
Terrible system and customer support
This EV charging system is the worst I’ve ever used. It glitches and places a $35 hold on your account each time you plug in your car, even when it fails to charge. If you try multiple times, those pending holds add up and can easily overdraft your account. Customer service is just as bad; they do not respond or resolve issues. Overall, it is a terrible system with poor support. Do not install it anywhere. It is a complete hassle to deal with.

Won’t correctly register emails
Tried signing up and logging in, two different emails…got the emails to register, clicked both emails to complete registration. and now is says I still need to register the emails.
