Регистрацию можно ждать годами...
Звоню в офис в 19:45, (при работе до 20:00) звонки просто сбрасывают, техподдержка никакая.
Вдумайтесь, купили Часы в пт, в суб открыли установить, поехали за симкой, пока дошли руки (у ребёнка день рождения) в 19:00 начали читать инструкцию. В 19:30 изучив ВСЮ инструкцию досконально, заполнили форму регистрации на сайте. Ответа ноль. Без неё в приложение не войти. После 15 мин ожидания, звоним в тех поддержку, где нас настойчиво сбрасывают. 20:00 понимаю ответа уже не получу.
Ребята, знаю вы ответите мол чего решили в последнюю минуту все делать... на это только скажу - НАДЕЯЛАСЬ что работа, сервис и поддержка у вас качественная. И да, наверно клмент сам виноват раз ожидает от вас большего.
Спасибо за испорченное впечатление от подарка. Любой праздник это всего лишь настроение. А вы подвели.
