Crashes
This app is horrible, it keeps crashing and when it’s finally working it doesn’t update the correct information for the loads, it loses signal and the data disappears. This app needs a lot of work and better development
Battery drain
This app is a excellent way to destroy your phone and make it very slow. Absolute junk
Upload picture from gallery option
GoHawk is very reception sensitive, and therefore the upload directly after taking the picture within the app is sometimes (a lot of times) not working. Therefore, please include the option to upload images from the gallery instead!!!!
Sand hauling
This app needs a mayor upgrade very laggy

Location location location
Why do you need access to my location when I’m not using the app? It seems like a gross invasion of privacy. It’s also a waste of my phone’s resources. Disable this! Make it required while using but leave us alone when we’re off!
Notifications
Can you please fix the notifications? It keeps sending notification saying to open gohawk if your available for a load even though I leave it open in the background. This is very annoying when I’m trying to sleep and get up because I think it has sent me a load.
Battery Killer
Drains my battery in under 1 hour of being on a dispatched load. Please get this app to be more battery efficient.
Annoying
I wish the app would not keep asking me to open it while it’s running anyway in the background, just to check if I’m available for a load or not!! If I’m not available, we’ll then I just go offline on it... wouldn’t ?!? Turn this “questioning” off!! It gets on my nerves!!!

GEO fence is Not Reality!!!
Must be able to go into past loads
And edit and Upload pic of Bills if needed
No history available to track your loads either for the week?

Driver won’t be held hostage for Free!!!

Location access
Only thing I wish it had was an off-duty mode where it doesn’t track your location when you’re off work. No reason for location tracking to be on when not using the app. I get that they need it to find us loads, but my phone alerted me of the app tracking my location 131 times within a couple of days. A bit excessive I think. If you change location tracking from “Always” to “Only While Using” app, it signs you out of the app completely. Other apps have that option where we become available/ unavailable for a load. I don’t see why this one doesn’t.

I’m about to lose my job thanks to this app
I can’t sign up, I’m signing up correctly, I’m tech savvy but this app isn’t letting me register. Idk who to blame but they might let me go due to not being able to use this app.

I’m not a big fan of these apps we have to use these days but I have seen in increase in the numbers of load per day when using this one. I’m out here to make money and this app helps that.

This app constantly sends messages telling you how to manage your phones settings to cater to the app.

Even if you lose signal or close the app you will be bothered to re open.
If you close the at at all during a load it just deletes the load info access and you are left out to water.

Truck routes
Need to have TRUCK ROUTES as the primary guide. Directions have sent me through neighborhoods no truck routes on multiple occasions. The trend now is to ask other drivers if the route is correct. Too many times the answer is NO.
