I love the guy bit. I love the app. I lost my fit bit. I can’t get on the app.
No support option
I have issues with my watch that keeps resetting 4-5 times a day. No way of contacting a member of the support team just useless FAQs.
Okay
So far this watch and app seem very good, but annoyingly I cannot change the units from ‘kj’ to ‘kcals’ and there also appears to be no way of changing the temperature being measured in Fahrenheit to being measured in Celsius! Would appreciate help.
App to watch
After a few days the watch goes back to factory settings and now 4weeks in the app and phone will not connect

I’ve jsut recent got my smartwatch and the app has been perfect. It tells me everything I need to know straight from my watch. Would definitely recommend
Bluetooth Connection Failure
After the latest iPhone update I am unable to pair the watch with my phone. I have tried all the suggestions but most won’t work due to no connectivity eg phone settings unable to ‘forget this device’ and unable to ‘reset’ from app. Everything has been turned off and on again many times. I also don’t seem to be able to ask support for help so only recourse is to use the review to report the issue.

Not happy as some data is lost.
I’m not very happy with the either the app or the tracker if I’m honest. Data doesn't transfer over to the app properly and I’ve had days where data has recorded on the tracker but reflects as “0” steps on the app. Very poor in my opinion. It can’t even keep track properly so what’s the point. Think twice before purchasing this product until the linkages/app is fixed.

Okay, room for improvement
Really liking the app apart from the inability to change the date of birth In the settings. Annoyingly I can’t even ‘cancel’ it I have to close the full app before I can go onto it again.
Utter rubbish
Fails to sync and the Bluetooth tooth is a hit or miss. Also it keeps resetting the watch back to zero for some unknown reason. I’ve done what’s recommended by reloading the App but that makes no difference.
Birthday
If you have a iPhone 6 / 6s you will have given up on trying to put your birthday in to the settings
Blue tooth
I cannot re connect my phone Bluetooth back to my smart watch! And I don’t know why!
Doesn’t update sleep sync
Won’t sync my sleep info on an iPhone 11 but will on a an older phone
Dumps Steps Already Done
Having done 5k and had 9,800 steps achieved, walk through the front door and looked at watch only to find it has now only 232 steps recorded. This has happened several times, once when I had 20,000 plus , it’s not efficient at recording at all
Good concept but doesn’t do what it says
My steps won’t sync and in the entire time I’ve had the watch, my sleep data has never synced, despite following the instructions to the letter. I can’t contact anybody for support as there doesn’t appear to be anybody to actually contact. Sending this watch back for an exchange, I’d rather pay the extra for a better one.
