Goji Journal is a private self-tracking tool for understanding your personal health rhythm. It works offline and keeps your entries on your device—no account, ads, analytics, or developer cloud.
What you can do:
• Log private health entries with time, method, duration, body state, and notes.
• Check in daily with energy, mood, sleep, exercise, pain, and other health signals.
• Explore weekly and monthly trends, a calendar heatmap, intervals, and method distribution.
• Set personal interval or frequency goals and receive optional local reminders.
• Protect the app with Face ID, Touch ID, or your device passcode.
• Export CSV, JSON, a full database file, or a password-encrypted backup.
Privacy and medical notice: entries are processed locally. This app is a personal record, not a medical device, diagnosis, treatment, or medical advice. If you have symptoms or concerns, contact a qualified healthcare professional.
