The fact that you absolutely HAVE to use an app to order from a restaurant is ridiculous. You can’t call anymore and place an order over the phone like EVERY SINGLE food establishment!? Who does that. Oh and the app tries to sneak a tip in when you go to pay. And there is no option to pay cash on arrival. Don’t get this app, don’t buy food from here, call fresh kitchen which is less than 5 minutes away and order like a normal person.

The app is very annoying
Every time I try to order it buffers. Trust me, it’s the app. And now that you won’t take orders over the phone, it’s even more annoying. I’m so close to just never ordering from you again.
