Terrible App
You guys need to work on this app. Maybe give it to a development team that knows what they are doing. I installed it and I deleted it within 15 minutes. Too much friction on onboarding and booking. Utterly ridiculous!

Gokada team members and riders are both birds of the same feathers Instagram won't let me rain curses on you guys,vour rider ran away with mv food and i have alreadv paid him off for an express delivery,i contacted your customer care and you lied that he has been blocked from the app which is a total lie. You guys promised rider will refund for the food and
fare fee i paid ,Its been over 3 weeks no refund and customer care is not even responding,i tried calling but you guys blocked my

App Malfunctioning
I tried opening the Gokada app and it keeps closing back even after I updated to the latest version

This gokada app is worse and I’ve seen a lot of people complain bout it but I still decide to download it and yea it’s not verifying my number because it’s not sending a confirmation code
