App doesn’t work
We can’t register in the app because USA numbers don’t exist apparently. We tried to call the customer support number on the website and that doesn’t work, we tried to email them, that doesn’t work either. Is this app dead?

Great Booking Upgrade
I’m so glad the GoKart iOS app now available. GoKart used to have a booking system through their website and this is much more user friendly and easy to rebook recurring rides. You can see the ride live and get push notifications regarding the status of the drive as it is happening.

This service has been amazing for us. We have been using it since last year. Stacy, the owner, helps us with last-minute issues like what to do when school is cancelled. We depend on the service to get my daughter to school daily— because I start work at the same time. She gets matched with her same driver whom she adores.
It is so easy to use. You can quickly schedule a ride with 12 hours’ notice.
The drivers are screened extensively with background checks and driving records—and must also have experience with children. We used to hire people for assistance and go through several interviews—but this has worked so much better and I feel more much comfortable with the people. You know your ride will be there. I have no plans to hire anyone myself again.

Lifesaver!!
This app is a lifesaver. Now I can finally get safe and reliable rides for my kids when I can’t take them to school or soccer practice.
